GSE International Programs Office

Under the leadership of Cheng Davis, vice dean and special advisor to Penn President Amy Gutmann, the Office of International Programs provides a global perspective to faculty and students by promoting international education in research and practice within the United States and abroad.

In harmony with President Gutmann's Penn Compact, we provide opportunities for eastern and western countries to learn from each other through faculty and student research and exchange; professional development and educational enrichment programs; collaborative international research; and visits, roundtables, and seminars.
